This blog is for anyone who has ever wanted to become more
familiar with or learn more about local cuisine from Trinidad and Tobago. The
focus is on connecting the history of the island and its people to food items
traditionally eaten on the islands.
While the opinions and experiences expressed on this blog
are my own, credit goes to the proprietors of factoids and images used. Please
let me know what images are yours so that I can add your link. We need more information about Trinidad
culture in cyberspace.
The language used in the blog is a deliberate mix of local
colloquialisms. Can't talk about Trini food and not speak the language!
Hopefully non-Trinis will still get the point.
Thank you for visiting and sharing your comments.
This blog was developed as a project towards partial
fulfilment of a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). However, deciding on
a subject matter was easy, it had to be Trini food.
